Those who are not a part of the most familiar race, height, and gender, usually face more obstacles in our society. These obstacles can keep them from receiving a high level of education that they may truly deserve.

With the advantages of minority scholarships, working towards a successful future is easier. College life is hard enough with studying, homework, and social events. Not having to worry about being an underrepresented person, while being given important financial support, often contributes to personal success, fairness, and a better society.
